Meet the Founder​

Audrey Chui

Founder & Principal

20 years across investor relations and capital markets — listed-company IR leadership, public and private market positioning, capital fundraising advisory, and PE secondary liquidity. Ms. Chui’s work spans the full capital lifecycle: pre-IPO strategy through exit.

One career-long observation: most companies satisfy disclosure. Far fewer are structurally legible — their business logic parseable at the speed institutional capital actually requires. Most companies cannot see their own structural gaps from inside.

Crestpoint was built to close that gap — making complex business logic decision-useful for the institutional processes that actually allocate capital.

Ms. Chui holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, with specialized training in Investor Relations (UK IR Society), Climate Risk, Valuation and Investing (CFA Institute), and Art History (Sotheby’s Institute of Art).
