Audrey reads companies the way capital does — an instinct built across the full capital lifecycle: leading investor relations at listed companies, advising businesses preparing to raise institutional capital, and the vantage widened across PE secondaries — where she developed a practitioner’s view of how liquidity is structured.
One pattern held across all of it: most companies satisfy disclosure; far fewer are structurally readable — that is, readable at the speed institutional capital moves. Fewer still can judge, from the inside, where their own narrative will land and where their asset quality truly sits.
She built Crestpoint to close that gap — turning complex business logic into something the institutions that allocate capital can read, trust, and price. Crestpoint Strategic Capital Advisor Limited is based in Hong Kong.
